1. For the tiny pendant, type a name OR short special phrase that reminds you of your person. Type in the PERSONALIZATION field that says “Person’s Name/Short Quote” (35 characters max - the more characters, the smaller the print).
2. Instructions how to send your photo is in your ORDER CONFIRMATION; or you may contact us after your purchase information to send your photo.
3. For questions or further special requests about your personalized order, please send a message via contact us or, during checkout, type your request in “order instructions”.
4. VERY IMPORTANT: We will need your consent to complete your personalized order. After you placed your order, we will email you a mock-up of your design. Please watch your email for messages from OnlyBelieveGifts.com to see your design.
5. PLEASE NOTE: you may cancel a personalized order if you are not happy with the mockup during the design phase, before production. Contact us immediately as soon as you realize you don't like your design and would like to cancel. Once we started production of your personalized item or after it shipped, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

The necklace is made of electroplated metal, glass and giclée print.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Giclée jewelry is water-resistant but not waterproof. Do not submerge or put in the mouth - glass may detach from pendant tray if exposed to moisture. Small parts may be a choking hazard. Not for children and babies.
